Birthday Bash
Trout celebrates in style
Mike Trout still has it, as he continues to show power with his bat smashing his 6th home run on his birthday. Fighting injuries last season, he still shows why he’s one of the best to play the game and has another Topps Now card dedicated to him.
Here’s a brief birthday message about him:
It’s his birthday – he can do what he wants. That was the mantra for Angels outfielder Mike Trout after slugging a 400-foot home run in the top of the first inning versus Miami. The 35-year-old helped his Club to a 4-3 win – and tied an MLB record with his sixth career birthday blast. “It’s pretty cool,” Trout said of the longball achievement.
Until then, see you at the birthday party.
